Build, launch, scale: how every Wapphub app is made

Creating 100 unique apps means we cannot reinvent how we work every time. The ideas change from app to app; the process stays the same. Every Wapphub app goes through three stages: build, launch and scale.

Build

It starts with people, not features. Before any code is written we look closely at who the app is for and what is frustrating them today. From there:

  • Research: we talk to the people who have the problem and look at how they solve it now.
  • Design: we sketch the core flow and its personality, then test it until the main task feels obvious.
  • Development: we build for quality on both iOS and Android, with performance budgets from day one.

Launch

A good app deserves a good first impression. Launch is where we prepare the store listing, visuals and messaging, run final checks on real devices, and release on iOS and Android.

Launch week is when we watch most closely: crash reports, first reviews, and the first questions from real users. Small fixes ship fast.

Scale

Launch is the starting line, not the finish. Once an app is out in the world we keep improving it:

  • Listening to feedback and reviews, and answering them.
  • Measuring what matters, without collecting more data than we need.
  • Shipping regular updates and new features people actually ask for.

The ideas change from app to app. The care we put into them does not.

Why it matters for 100 apps

A repeatable process is what makes an ambitious number possible without cutting corners. Every app we ship teaches us something, and every lesson goes back into the process for the next one.
